The following items are required for new student registration:

Birth Certificate (may be a copy)

Social Security Card

Tennessee Immunizations

Proof of Legal Custody

Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)

Students will not be given a schedule until their records from prior schools are received and have been evaluated by a counselor.
