May Scholarships
Regions Institutional Services - The Shepherd Scholarship Foundation
There are no specific eligibility requirements for the scholarship; however, it is suggested that applicants represent the upper ten percent of the graduating class. Factors that will be considered include academic achievements, extracurricular activities in high school, and financial need. The application deadline is May 1st. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. If you are interested in applying, please see Mrs. Moore.
DENSO Scholarship
The Denso Scholarship is now accepting applications. These are available in Guidance and should be submitted to Mrs. Moore upon completion. There will be three scholarships awarded in the amount of $1,000. Applications should be submitted no later than May 4, 2018.
Mitsui USA Scholarships in Tennessee Program
Four $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to successful applicants who plan to enroll in a four-year public school or university within the State of Tennessee's Board of Regents or University of Tennessee systems.
Eligibility guidelines, application materials and selection criteria are available for downloading and printing through the Society's website at www.jastn.org - Program Spotlights. Applications must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2018 to be considered by the Scholarship Review Committee. All applicants will be notified by the second week of July of final award decisions.
